| The cost of a dumpster rental is made up of several factors including the delivery, the haul and the disposal. Your total cost will depend on the distance we need to travel to deliver and haul your dumpster as well as the weight of the debris inside the unit once we haul. | What items can I not put in the dumpster? |
| Hazardous waste, industrial waste, chemical products, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil/oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, petroleum contaminated soil/lead paint chips, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, animals, barrels and all liquids. Material must be level at the top of the container; nothing can be sticking out of the top. |

| What time of day will my dumpster be delivered? |
| Dumpsters are delivered between the hours of 6 AM and 4 PM. If you require a dumpster be onsite early in the morning then we recommend having it delivered the previous day. |

| Will the dumpster damage my driveway? |
| Dumpsters are heavy in nature and it is possible that it may scratch or crack the driveway. If you are concerned and would like to protect the driveway we recommend placing a 4’ x 8’ sheet of plywood on the driveway where you would like the dumpster placed. |

| How much notice do you need to deliver a dumpster? |
| We can delivery dumpsters next business day if we have the order by 1 PM. Orders received after 1 PM will usually be delivered the next business days although next day deliveries are still possible. |

| Do I need a permit to put a dumpster on the street? |
| Some municipalities will not allow dumpsters to be placed on the street without a permit. Please contact customer service to further explain how to purchase a street permit for your area. |

| How long can I keep the dumpster on the property? |
| You may keep the dumpster for as long as you wish. However, excess rental charges will apply. |
